In short, a BSREM course gives you transferable skills that a person who studied a combination course of Business Management and Real Estate subjects earns.

Graduating with a degree in Real Estate Management also allows you to take the PRC’s Real Estate Brokers Licensure Exams.

If a Real Estate Salesperson sells a P5 million condo unit, the PRC-accredited RE Salesperson’s commission is around P100,000. If a licensed Real Estate Broker sold that same P5 million condo unit, the RE Broker’s commission is around P200,000.

Same selling effort, yet the RE Broker earns a commission twice that of the RE Salesperson.

Alternatively, if a RE Salesperson (under the supervision of a RE Broker) sells a P5 million condo unit, both the RE Salesperson and the supervising RE Broker can each earn around P100,000 in commissions.

And if the RE Broker is supervising 20 RE Salespersons, and those 20 RE Salespersons each sell a P5 million condo unit every month, then the RE Broker can earn 20 x P100,000 or P2 million each month in commissions.

SWA Ultimate was run in the Philippines by Mr. Franco Renato A. Chaves (or Francis Chaves), who hails from Cebu. One of his companies is Chavesnet Enterprises, whose business address is in Paranaque City (based on his DTI Registration papers).

NOTE: The link above leads to the Facebook Profile page of Francis Chaves, where you may message him regarding your access to the SWA Library of eBooks. Since he receives a lot of messages in FB Messenger, please leave a comment in his latest post in his FB Timeline stating that you sent him a PM. Based on his last update, he’ll arrange for past SWA Ultimate customers in the Philippines to have access to the library of ebooks.

SWA Ultimate is under SWA Corporation (SWAC), an offshore corporation which was incorporated last August 6, 2012 in Belize, Central America. We don’t know what their reasons are for setting up the offshore corporation outside the Philippines, although we read in a July 2013 Supreme Wealth Newsletter (the official newsletter of SWAC) that they are looking into incorporating SWA Philippines, a corporation which will be based in the Philippines.

UPDATE: Supreme Wealth Alliance Philippines, Inc. (SWAPI) was registered with the SEC last April 8, 2014.
