It’s easy to invest in the stock market, thanks to the tips we receive inside the Truly Rich Club. For example, let’s look at this table:
Now let’s understand what the table means…
In the Stocks column, we find the list of stocks recommended by Bo Sanchez inside the Truly Rich Club. From here we can see that there are nine recommended stocks.
This list will change over time, which means that there were stocks in that list before, which are no longer recommended nowadays. Those stocks were sold in the past.
Now there have been cases where a stock was a recommended BUY, and then was a recommended SELL, and then later became a recommended BUY again.
In the Current Price column, we find the price of the stock in the stock market as of the date shown below the table.
In the Buy Below Price column, we find the maximum price that we should be willing to pay for that stock. Please note that this figure can change over time. It can go up or down.
If the current price is below the “Buy Below Price”, then in general, we will buy that stock.
In the Target Price column, we find the price that we should be willing to sell that stock. Again, this number can change over time.
And while it is possible that the stock price can go even higher than the “Target Price”, we must learn to manage our greed and be happy when we sell at the Target Price.
When will the Current Price go up to the Target Price? We don’t know. It could be in 3 months. Or it could be in a year or more.
The Expected Growth column shows the percent growth. We can compute this by getting the Target Price, and dividing it by the Current Price.
In one of the rows above, we’ll see an Expected Growth of around 57 percent.
That means that if we bought P2,000 worth of stock today (at the Current Price), the value of that stock will be around P3,410 if ever the stock reaches its estimated Target Price.
NOTE: The Target Price is not a sure thing. Stock market analysts cannot see the future with 100 percent accuracy.
And in the last column, we see the Action to Take.
Should we buy all those four “Continue Buying” stocks? Well, it depends on our budget and on our belief in those companies.
That’s why I like the Truly Rich Club of Bo Sanchez. With such a simple to understand table, we can quickly see the summary. What a time-saver! :-)
