It looks like the SWA Ultimate IT group has moved to a different webhost provider. That probably explains why the main SWA website was intermittently offline starting last May 30, 2014. Here are other observations…
SWA customers who try to log into the Members’ Area in the main swaultimate site will get an “Invalid username or password” error message.
Perhaps the IT group is still in the process of migrating the estimated 100,000 accounts to their new webserver.
The SWA Register / Payment Options page has changed.
This means that online marketers who used to direct their customers to the old payment options page will need to update their pages, because those links no longer work.
The HTML Form has also been changed. The SWA IT people are now using jquery, which means you’ll need to direct your customers to the SWA referral register link instead of sending them straight to the form.
Hopefully, the SWA webmaster will consider using direct URLs which load much faster than the fancy jquery pages.
Remember, this is already the registration process, and part of a positive customer experience is experiencing a fast-loading website.
Anyway, this gives us a chance to practice patience as well as the ability to communicate with customers and manage their expectations.
Kind regards,
Manny Viloria
